10 STARS!!! Cannot say enough about Orandae. He was tasked with loading an impossibly heavy wardrobe (which was described - inaccurately - to me as "very light"). He was so incredibly kind and patient, and somehow never stopped smiling. He helped troubleshoot setting the wardrobe up (it came in multiple pieces) and even spent his time helping us level it to make sure it wouldn't tip over. DEFINITELY went above and beyond, and on his way out the door wished me a happy Mother's Day. I hope Lugg recognizes him - what a great guy. I had a a lot of bags and a little furniture and they chose to put the bags in the truck first and they ran out of space. They needed to put the heavy furniture and the lighter bags and art etc in around and on top of the furniture instead. We had to use our own 2 cars to finish the job.
