Shawn and Savon excelled in EVERY way. They are smart, efficient and pleasant. Their job was to remove my old loveseats and some other things to make room for my new IKEA sectional. This wasn’t an easy job because our small street was one of the streets that was being repaved with lots of construction equipment blocking access. Plus, the legs of the loveseats had to be removed to fit (barely) through the door of our house. Nevertheless, these gentlemen were calm and efficient throughout. They went to work immediately and accomplished the task quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again and can recommend them without hesitation. - Elaine

They arrived at pickup and destination exactly on time. There was some confusion with pickup times given by the furniture store, and Jamar and Cameron were completely flexible and easy going. The sofa was a bit of a heavy load and the doorway needed to have parts removed to make the delivery more accessible. Jamar was quick to come up with a solution and never seemed stressed. - Roger

Eileen and Nygee were great! Eileen figured out how to get furniture into my basement despite my very small doorways. However, I’m not happy with Lugg’s system of assigning Luggers. If you tell customers that they’re “booking” a one hour delivery period, you should be able to deliver within that window or close to it. I waited in an empty house for four and a half hours without any useful information from Lugg. An hour after the time period that I booked had passed, I contacted Lugg customer service on line, and waited 49 minutes (after being greeted by a bot who said she’d put a representative on the line) before receiving a message that my Luggers were on the way to pick up my delivery. (They were a half hour away from the pickup location.). Despite the pleasant efficiency of Eileen and Nygee, I doubt I’ll use Lugg again. - Emily

The guys were great. This is feedback for Lugg: I requested the pickup to be from 12-1pm. The pick up did not happen until after 2pm and so delivery was also delayed. I don't know why you're sending guys from Philly to pick up from a location 2.5 hours away. Seems inefficient for the guys doing the work for the level of effort. If there's no one available who can commit to the timeframe booked, then just let the customer know that. - Michelle
