Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had zero issues with their services of these Luggers. Very happy to have found Lugg to help with this matter! Highly recommend!

They did the impossible! Moving a 500lbs hospital bed up an open staircase made of wood and glass only… truly amazing. I am so grateful. Angel was really proactive and a great leader. Gregory was incredible! The whole team did this difficult task with a smile on their faces and a can-attitude. I haven’t experienced this level of skill and service ever!

Barry incested in a new Dolly/handtruck since his had broken. He also had moving blankets. I appreciate he came prepared for the job. They worked well together. Both friendly and experienced

Simeon did such an amazing job helping me to move my package! He didn’t even require my assistance and it was a very heavy/big package and delivered it right to my family room. I would highly-recommend him for any moving needs!! Courteous and professional as well!
This App and these guys crushed it! Thought I would be spending my whole weekend moving…. Finished two separate pickups / drop offs by 3pm Friday!! Andrew & Maurice were especially AWESOME! Were super careful with everything, had materials to protect additional items, etc. A++ Would recommend them to anyone and would 100% use them again in the future!!

They had a special, open dolly cart that made moving the mattress a breeze and a flat dollie to move the larger pieces. They really know how to handle different styles of furniture and different moving situations. I highly recommend this team
