Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had zero issues with their services of these Luggers. Very happy to have found Lugg to help with this matter! Highly recommend!
Keeping the apartment clean, keeping the move safe, and moving the large cabinet we ordered up a difficult staircase. On-time and friendly.
Barry and Radoslav did a really great job. They had excellent communication keeping me updated every step of the way and letting me know their ETA well in advance. They even went above and beyond showing me a picture of the furniture to make sure it still looked okay. In addition they did a great job bringing it up to my apartment. Could have been happier with the delivery and service!!!
Juan and Brian did an excellent job transferring items from my storage unit to my studio apartment across town. They worked efficiently, carefully, and were extremely kind. Communication was on point from start to finish. Highly recommend! 5 stars
My couch is a nightmare in this building (halls and doorways seem to be lower and more narrow than any other building I've lived in). They basically had to remove the doors of the apartments (moved down the hall) and halfway disassemble the couch to get it in 🫠 But they did it! They were friendly and didn't make it seem like this was a nightmare job, although I'm sure it was lol.
Juan and Michael were very thorough with careful with unloading and bringing furniture to my apartment. They were friendly and nice too. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Delivered my furniture to my sixth floor apartment through several narrow hallways to service elevator. That were very careful with my furniture and buildings walls. They make a good team, friendly, polite and conscientious. Both had happy positive attitudes even though I was their last delivery of the night after a long day. I would definitely use these two men again.
