They were patient during the pick up when the vendor was having a hard time releasing the product and were kind enough for me to arrive to help resolve the situation. They packaged and secured the item amazingly and the drive and delivery was incredibly smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend them for my next big purchase. They helped me unload some heavy items from a truck and then they moved those items into my house. I appreciated that they wanted to scope out the route they’d take to bring everything in first (instead of just diving right in). They were thoughtful and careful and treated these household items as if they were their own. They were also conscientious and went above and beyond. Asking where I wanted it , placed it there & asked if was ok or they would move it to where I needed it . Very accommodating!
