Accidentally ordered a Lugg lite (?) when I did not mean to; he did a two-person job as one person. Superhuman effort to move my heavy piece of furniture up two flights of stairs. Very nice and coordinated and fantastic at his job. Super sorry for my error.
Efficient and friendly. Careful about the furnitures while moving. Parked safely on the street which is important. We sometime see deliveries just park in the middle of the street and block all traffics both ways in the small neighborhood street just so it’s quick for them, so quite happy they are not inconsiderate.
These guys are real life superheroes. They hauled my couch from our balcony down with ease. And were really professional and friendly to top it off. 10/10. Thank you guys!

I was their first client and they made it seem as if they had been doing it a long time. They had brand new moving blanket & tarp to protect against the weather even rhpugh my items were wrapped in plastic. They also took my suggestion for loading to minimize possible damage, which I greatly appreciated. They offered to remove their shoes upon entering my home and were quick & efficient.
James and Osten were superhuman. I’m not sure how they managed to move a 200+ lb monstrosity into my home, but they did it! There was barely any room and they had to go up stairs, but they figured out a way and persevered. And, they did it with a smile and a positive attitude. I was very impressed. I would have been grumbling the whole time. Really, they were incredible :)
Rarely provide feedback but these two were awesome! So friendly, helpful, never complained, even while lugging heavy RH furniture. I’ll defintely use again!
Tim & Ryan were prompt, friendly, and incredibly careful during the moving process. They helped me empty my storage unit and haul several pieces of furniture into my home swiftly and without any damage. Grateful!

From the SECOND I first communicated with them they went out of their way with their kindness, helpfulness, friendlyness, positive energy and professionalism. I'm not saying from the first minute I'm saying from the first second and the whole time these 2 wonderful men were dealing with my order. I didn't have the receipt for my item attached and they were so patient at my pick up place while I searched for it. When they got here (and man did I have a difficult awkward piece for them to move ) right away upon meeting them the most friendliness, positive greeting that made me, someone who suffers from anxiety, feel a sigh of relief and a feeling of comfort. Professional and so careful with my furniture. I've never spent that much $ on one piece before so I was nervous and it is a pretty large, fragile and awkward to move item. From the first moment to the end, getting it safely to my apt which is on the fourth floor with a tiny elevator these guys went above and beyond. I'm holding back tears writing this because these guys, Kevin the super star ( his nickname is spot on ) and his guy Matthew learning and helping so kindly the whole time , were everything and more you would ever hope for in any encounter you may have big or small in life. Thanks guys!! Thank you Lugg, and btw you guys really won the lottery when these guys signed up with your company.
The furniture company did a terrible job communicating regarding packaging the item, even though we checked with them multiple times. Without Nebyou and Carl’s help, I wouldn’t have been able to get the loveseat into my house. They did an awesome job — friendly, strong, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!
Shane and Israel were prompt, very efficient, and friendly. My furniture was handled with care, I would definitely recommend both of them and hire them again for moving needs. I was very happy for the help!
