These guys are fantastic! They moved a marble topped dining table for me and were extremely efficient. They brought ample supplies to transport it safely and had great attitudes! Would absolutely recommend these guys!

These guys were so amazing. They made sure to inspect the item I bought prior to picking it up. They then called me and told me the item I purchased at home goods had a crack in it and asked if I was aware and if I still wanted it. I told them , no and was able to get a refund from the store. They then delivered the rest f my items and placed them in my home and made sure I liked them before they left. They truly went above and beyond and for that I am so grateful. They were so kind and professional and delivered my items on time. Thanks so much, this was my first time using Lugg. I’ll be using Lugg again and hope to get this team again when I do.

I’m new to this app, and I’m thrilled that my first experience was with Freddy and Jose! I needed help moving a piece of furniture from the store to my home on a Sunday afternoon after realizing it was too large for my car. Freddy and Jose arrived within 30 minutes and went above and beyond, adjusting the placement until I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service with a great attitude and professionalism.

They were awesome! Both men were very polite and friendly. Most importantly, they were vigilant and observant. They noticed something wrong with my furniture at the store and promptly notified me before picking up the furniture. They ensured that the problem was resolved before delivery. Very impressive!!!

Happy with my drivers, however, they did take much longer than necessary. What should have taken 20 min to load, took them over an hour. I’m unhappy that the amount charged was significantly more than the original quote, even though Lugg was provided with photos and clear details of what was to be loaded, as well as the address for delivery.
