Thanks for the help and delivering an important item safely. I continue to find the Luggers are professional and expeditious. My only constructive criticism to Lugg is to improve the web based interface. In this case I used Lugg to pick up a bulky item from a store that was in a strip mall. I like that the address auto populates, but there was no way to add additional information such as the suite number amongst the other stores, or the store name, on the initial location. Would also like a way to write additional specific notes on the initial Lugg request. I did utilize the text option, but it’s unclear if that works since I haven’t gotten a response the past two times I’ve used it. Overall great service. And Kendy and Fleven were great. - Howie
