Delivery was efficient and effective and damage free. Eric and Jody were very courteous. I didn’t appreciate being reprimanded by Sam for inquiring about my delivery time More than once

The Lugg system was easy to use, communicated beautifully and the gentleman who came were pleasant, efficient and helped with one extra thing (cash tipped) ;) will use again. Fast booking times (next day) and less than delivery rate from the store!

Super friendly!! They had no hesitation helping me move a piece of furniture out of the way to make room for my delivery. They are very careful and were finished before I knew it. Great guys- I would absolutely recommend them!
This was the easiest delivery service ever! Jamel-Kylee & Riley were quick, courteous and helpful. I would use this service over and over again.
They were wonderful. They were on time with delivery. They got the loveseat in the house without any damage to the walls. Then asked whether it was anything they could help with the couch. Very Professional. If need to have anything delivered again hopefully I get them
They handled an issue at the pick up location well and made sure everything was okay once they arrived at the delivery location. Both men were personable and efficient.
The delivery was a little late and was not within the window given, but beyond that, they were incredibly skilled and efficient.
O-non. & Isaac Were Truly Perfect. I was worried 34 steps were to narrow doorway too tight But for O-non. & Isaac not an Issue for them Very friendly kind & quick. Hope I get them again on a future delivery. Thanks LUGG for your Company. Onon and Ben excelled in every step of the process. From picking up the bed to delivery. The Mattress they delivered to us was heavy and awkward but,they made moving it look easy. Thank you both!
Delivery drivers aren’t always known for being on time and Jermaine and Jason delivered exactly as expected! They were great problem solvers, getting a huge table through our front door.
These guys were great & very careful with my sofa delivery. They had a lot of trouble getting the sofa through a very tight doorway and very extremely cautious and concerned about not damaging the sofa or the walls, which I appreciated. I am super appreciative of their willingness to continue trying after I urged them to give it another shot. The minor complaint I have is Samuel seemed quite annoyed by this delivery from the moment they were loading the sofa into the elevator which made this a bit uncomfortable for me. All in all I would definitely use them again.
Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again!
Did a great job adapting to miscommunication from store on delivery day. Was very prompt and stayed in contact with me as I was not able to be home. First time using this service. It was easy.

Carlos and Gerard were AMAZING! I had a strange delivery, dragging a king size mattress up a ramp made of ladders and thru a second story window. They laughed and said “this is new” but had positive can-do attitudes. Two thumbs way up!
