Great all around! Especially considering living spaces did not send any assembly instructions with the new bed. And the frame they sent with the bed, was not either manufactured properly or meant for that bed because holes did not lineup or exist and screws were left over. These guys figured it all out, but were here at least twice as long as they should’ve because of living spaces inefficiency as mentioned above. And and I had to pay for it, literally.$$$$ Also, there seems to be a lot of miscommunication and misinformation at Lugg between the people that chat, text and email online. I spent a lot of time going in circles, getting very answers, mostly dealing with booking assembly labor!
Great - however living spaces failed to give them 1 of the 4 pieces. Can we reschedule to pick up the last piece? I can’t fit it in my suv
Every aspect was great: fast, cautious, and got the job done. What great app idea!! I bought a new sectional at living spaces and delivery wasn’t available, so before lugs I would’ve had to rent a U-Haul and try to find someone that can help me. That would’ve taken all day and the price of the rental for U-Haul and gas would’ve been almost the price of lugs. Great concept thank goodness for this platform.

I live in a 1960s home that has a spiral staircase and is very difficult to move furniture into due to almost all of the living spaces being upstairs. These guys went above and beyond to troubleshoot disassembling and reassembling the couch to get it upstairs. I highly recommend these guys for any move!
The service was great! They were at Living Spaces within a half hour after purchasing a couch. The van has brand new and very clean both inside the van and outside and well lit inside the storage part. They had moving blankets and plastic over my $2,000 dollar sofa. The also help disassemble and assemble the couch backs to make it fit through a narrow doorway. Very polite and considerate especially with my super over [riced couch. Forget using or hiring your friends use them it cheaper!
Oscar did a fantastic job. He even helped to bring the dresser up to the room. Very respectful and nice all the way through. He also got a very hard time from living spaces who was supposed to help wrap the dresser but didn't. Oscar had to wrap it himself which took more time and effort. Disappointed at Living Spaces since they guaranteed that wrapping was going to be included in the pickup.
They both were fabulous. Great communication about pick up from Living Spaces and texted when near my home. Extremely professional, friendly and careful with all my large pieces and house. Just awesome. Thank you both!!
They were both courteous and professional. I like that my table was wrapped for safety, it really is helpful for when the movers move me. I was in a real pickle on how to get this table and chairs to my home and so glad that Living Spaces told me about Lugg! Thank you, Deirdre Wilson

In constant contact. Very thoughtful- they were obsessed with not damaging my walls so took the pieces apart and reassembled them when they reached the spot to place them. They engaged so well with each other, it was obvious they enjoyed working together. I wish you would advertise on TV for your company. HGTV, Food Network... channels that people wanting this service watch. I’d never heard of Lugg until Living Spaces referred them to me. These guys did an exceptional job and were proud of their work. I tipped them $25.00 each so when I hit “no tip” it isn’t a reflection of their work!!!
Phillip and Deandre are great! I bought a dining table from Living Spaces. Pick-up time as indicated in the receipt is between 12pm-9pm and I didn't see that. I requested for pick-up time of 10am-11am so they were there early. But instead of rescheduling they really did their best to talk the person in charge to release my dining table before 12pm. They're very courteous as well. I will definitely use Lugg! Highly recommended. Thank you!!

I bought a cool electronic recliner sofa from Living Spaces but didn’t realize how heavy it was because of the mechanics. These guys did great moving this heavy beast of a couch!! Luggs is awesome!!
