Very nice guys! I was told by Pottery Barn that our bed furniture pieces would be wrapped and protected. They were not.
This job was way more intense and complicated than I anticipated and these guys had the absolute best attitude. They went above and beyond to help believe extremely heavy pottery barn bunk beds. Very efficient, friendly and timely. Definitely recommend.
There was a delay because of a blocked pick-up entrance and Juan let me know. He also worked with the Pottery Barn Staff to facilitate getting my floor sample purchase from the 2nd floor to his vehicle. He wrapped it beautifully for safety and is a valuable service centered employee as this was the first time I have used your service. It was recommended by Pottery Barn to me. Thank you Juan for all you did. I did a cash tip but will add a bit more because he was great under tough circumstances.
Anthony was great and was even willing to go back to pottery barn for a missing piece. However the problem was that pottery barn said they gave Anthony everything but the piece was not in his truck

Their careful analysis about how to take my large PB (Pottery Barn) furniture apart...3part corner desk and large trundle bed. Also their care, respect, friendliness, and their willingness to do it "right" but taking the time issue into consideration!
They knew that the bed came in two boxes!!! Even pottery barn didn’t know that. Thank you for being extra thorough and thoughtful!
Bought a couch from Pottery Barn in Burlingame at 11:00 am. Downloaded the Lugg app and had my couch delivered and set up within hours same day. They were very polite and professional. So glad I found this app. I will definitely recommend and use them again!!!

Pottery Barn wanted us to send Thiago to an offsite warehouse a few blocks away from their retail location after first stopping by the store. He called and made sure to clarify the instructions. Very professional.
I won’t be using lugg again. The first drivers left half our order at the warehouse. It was an uncomfortable exchange - the drivers blamed pottery barn, pottery barn blamed the drivers. After a few phone calls and a day later the second half of our order came. In the end, things worked out. I’m a mother of a two week old pre-term baby, this was not ideal. I had coordinated help moving furniture in the house for the first drop off and needed to coordinate help again for the second delivery because I am not able to lift / move heavy objects at this time. The first time I used lugg you guys were great, the drivers were super friendly and on it. This trip, both times, the guys seemed frustrated.

They were awesome . I took a picture of my pickup tag from Pottery Barn Warehouse and then went back home after I paid for my furniture . They are Pros . They shrink wrapped my tv stand (it didn't come in a box) and put it in their truck . They other package was a rolled up carpet and they just threw it behind their truck . Will use this service in the future .

The delivery was prompt and both Skyler and Jerald were polite and helpful with the delivery. They put my couch exactly where i needed it. I am bummed that a seat cushion was lost off the back of the truck in transit (probably due to pottery barn employees not making sure the cushions were secure).I am hoping it gets resolved quickly.
My delivery service with Terry and Tamas was 5-star. They were responsive (texting me with updates), friendly, punctual, and genuinely nice guys. They were quick to pick up my items from the Pottery Barn Outlet in Alameda and had zero qualms driving my goodies up to the Napa Valley. Hired Lugg to move a single piece of furniture purchased from a store to deliver to our home. John and Jose were 5 minutes early arriving. They handled with care loading, blanketing and tying down for delivery. They were respectful of our home asking if it was OK to use their 4 wheel dolly on our carpets. They also agreed to move another piece of furniture to make room for the new. Thank you John and Jose.
