Wow! Delivered same day as booked. Purchased a mirror from West Elm that was too large to fit in my vehicle. Five minutes after booking the driver called and confirmed and arrived with my purchase an hour and a half later. Justin and Andy were professional and kind. I could even track their whereabouts on the map. Once arrived they delivered straight to the front door (I live a good distance from parking area). The best part; it was surprisingly very affordable. I will definitely be using them again.
I recently ordered a new dresser from West Elm furniture, and I was blown away by the exceptional delivery service. The delivery team was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. They arrived on time and carefully brought the dresser into my home, making sure to protect my floors and walls. The team was quick and efficient and even took away all the packaging materials when they were finished. The guys were very nice. We talked briefly about where the furniture would be placed. I'm glad they brought a cart so they would not have back strain. They whole move went smoothly. I was shocked at the price!!! I had thought it would be more, so I packed the books and have them in the house. In August, I'll have a few more items moved. I've already told a couple of co-workers about my great experience. I originally got the referral from West Elm & am happy with the services.
