Christian and Consantino helped me today in an extraordinary way. Since losing our Altadena family home of 35 years Altadena in the Eaton Fire on 1/8/25, much of life has been upside down. Although we relocated to Oxnard, I continued to commute to my Pasadena office part time and worked virtually part time. Today’s move represented closing my beloved Pasadena office. Christian and Constantino were kind and compassionate. Working efficiently and non-stop from the moment they arrived, they handled my things with great care. They helped me move forward in my life, in a very meaningful way. They both deserve the highest praise and have my wholehearted recommendation.

Christopher and Tommy were so friendly and extremely polite both to me and with my belongings. I’d trust them with other moves and hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you both!

They were truly a dream team and made everything feel so easy! They were friendly and worked hard and fast to get everything done. Not a minute was wasted or stretched out, they truly got the job done in the fastest and most efficient way possible! Thank you!

Both of them were very polite and professional. There was a little damage that was due to the weight that scraped on to the stairwell from one of the Movers when the other Mover had to grab something out of the truck. The piece was too heavy for both of them and I feel like three men would’ve been better.

Fantastic!!! Showed up on time carefully wrapped my furniture loaded it was ease great communication skills. I was very pleased. What a great experience.

Gathered details about the pieces I bought from the owners to relay to me! Very intelligent, careful & friendly.

They were wonderful! They helped move some additional furniture and repair some loose parts on the bed frames.

They were wonderful! Helped donate some musical instrument equipment to a local middle school. Would hire again!

Jose was excellent! I had to move some nightstands upstairs that also subsequently required me moving a bed a rug a living room set and a rug pad - Jose was helpful every step of the way. And even went so far as to help me clean up! He worked with another Lugger as well - can’t recommend him enough!!

So so kind and thoughtful. Wrapped all of my items with plastic wrap before loading and brought everything into my room for me. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
