The guys were great. Timely, and efficient. But when they were unwrapping the cabinet (wrapped in plastic and moving blankets) the mover accidentally kicked the base to remove the plastic, and the leg popped off and the wood cracked leaving me to put the cabinet in its base without the legs. I’d like to have a new base, and if not possible a new cabinet delivered. - Elizabeth

It was extremely helpful to be able to mark their progress with the Lugg app., I was able to meet them outside when they arrived.
