This is the first time I used Lugg and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Josh and Joshua were great- prompt, friendly, professional and willing to help.
Gregory and Ángel were professional and made the effort to complete the delivery, successfully bringing the sofa into the room without issue. In contrast, the initial delivery team (Michael and Adriel) did not attempt to unload the sofa and stated it would not fit, resulting in an unnecessary return. Due to this lack of diligence, we had to pay for a second delivery. As such, we respectfully request a refund for the inadequate service provided during the first attempt. We look forward to your response. Thank you.
