He was super awesome. I didn't order assistance for bringing my packages in & he gladly offered to do it anyway....and I live in an attic apartment of a 3 story house! Round of applause on customer service. Did I mention I am a first time Luggee??!!! In our brief time together, he informed me about so many features, services & how to navigate the app (fully downloaded because of him btw). Due to my addiction to Ikea, Diy supplies from Lowes & lack of a larger vehicle, I will surely be using Lugg for all my heavy load needs. Thanks a million Roger!!!!

The movers were great! For some reason after the mattress was picked up, I got a message that my delivery was canceled. It should have said confirmed but it said canceled. The delivery was not canceled and delivered with care. Thank you!

Delroy was communicative, professional, and friendly. He handled the delivery with care! Love the live tracking interface. It’s very useful especially in coordinating with a different party for pickups and delivery. I use FB marketplace often and when I need delivery in a pinch I’m able to book quickly and with ease. My order had a billing error which charged for an extra hour of labor. Thankfully Delroy verified the technical issue and the support team was diligent in correcting it. Will definitely be using again!

Pedro and Matthew were amazing. They took the care to wrap my dresser to make sure there was no damage in transit. They were super efficient and kind. Placed the dresser exactly where I wanted it. If I use Lugg again I want them to be the delivery men!
