Excellent experience! Professional and efficient pick-up of a Facebook Marketplace item when I couldn’t be present. And smooth delivery - they were able to get a large, heavy piece of furniture through small spaces and exactly where we wanted it. Would trust them with any move.
Olufemi and Matthew were extremely helpful with my last-minute move. This move was sentimental for me because they were helping transport my late grandfather’s furniture, and they treated everything with great care and patience. Matthew was especially accommodating and willing to work with me when we initially thought the fridge wouldn’t fit in the vehicle After rearranging the storage unit, we realized there actually wasn’t space. So we dodged a bullet there. I really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism during a stressful time. Overall, great service and I would definitely recommend them.
They personally were very helpful and nice. And curious and worked well. I tipped them on site. I had a a lot of bags and a little furniture and they chose to put the bags in the truck first and they ran out of space. They needed to put the heavy furniture and the lighter bags and art etc in around and on top of the furniture instead. We had to use our own 2 cars to finish the job. That was the only issue that wasn’t troublesome. Thanks
John and Glenroy were AMAZING. What a duo!! For this very New York City move with small spaces and cramped hallways, they were so calm and organized. Glenroy was an incredible TEAM LEADER and John was so SUPPORTIVE and COMMUNICATIVE. Couldn’t ask for better Luggers, would give them even more stars if we could! WE LOVE JOHN AND GLENROY!
This was a tough one. A huge heavy piece of furniture, slippery snow and narrow spaces. Vincent and Denmark are absolutely the best! My second time with them and very pleased!
These two gentlemen were so gracious with their help this morning. They were respectful of each space they entered and moved quickly. They were patient with furniture deconstruction that I didn’t even think to do before they arrived, and did not balk at the lack of elevator.

Diego and Hotson worked really smart to get a giant couch through a tiny, complicated space. They worked hard and solved complex moving problems very effectively, that some worse movers might have given up on.
Super helpful and cooperative. They were gentle with my furniture and wrapped it so it would not get dirty or any nicks. Logistically it was challenging but they were able to navigate the space easily.
They were great. Relaxed, professional, capable, and mindful of both spaces they were in and the care of the piece they moved. Would highly recommend them

And they carried that mattress all the way up to the fourth floor, last apartment which is no easy feat. I really appreciate them and the work they did. Thank you!

Cordelli and Saynee were amazing! They moved a sleeper sofa from one house to another. Space in both dwellings was very tight but they made it work and I am so happy! I highly recommend Cordelli and Saynee!
When the Luggers started the move in the app at 9:04 pm. However, they were not at the pick up spot. I sent them a text message at 9:07 pm and then called at 9:08 pm. The Luggers said they were in another street, despite there being an open parking space and I had the item (a portable washing machine) on the curb. They drove up at 9:11 pm and very quickly, in about three minutes, and drove to the destination. However, the app shows that the pickup time was 12 minutes, which definitely was not the case. It would be great to have the order updated with the accurate time at the pickup. Thank you.
They showed up at the pick up site on time. The space was very tight and we had to get creative. They were very helpful.
