Kurt and Marcus were punctual, pleasant and efficient. They showed excellent spatial awareness when moving a very heavy sofa sleeper down a flight of stairs, deftly avoiding the two chandeliers. The two of them moved a pool table with ease. Thank you for sending such a competent team.

I can’t say enough good things about these two—I had some really heavy furniture that was awkward in the space and took a lot of innovative arranging and teamwork. And, we had to make some gametime calls and these guys were so helpful and positive and strong. Really just saved the day, thank you so much forever!!!!

Francisco & Carlos were tremendous - hard-working and committed. They did not slack or anything like that. However, I think Lugg could have asked more questions up-front (i.e level of stairs) and I think it would be helpful for someone to review the request BEFORE scheduling. I ordered a large (which said a few items) but I wish someone at the company had reviewed and called me to say "I noticed you ordered a lugg, but based on the items you listed, an XL would be better." We spent 1/3 of the time trying to fit items into the van when this issue could have been solved by someone internally verifying that the van was the best fit. The game of tetris took up so much time and I am upset that someone would be charged for this. Again, this is NOT on Francisco and Carlos, as they are not handling the scheduling etc. and they did the best they could. But my family ended up moving 80% of the items and somehow I still paid an extremely high amount for just 4 items in the van.

They moved everything efficiently after making a quick game plan as to what to move first and save to the last. They carefully wrapped the items I requested and were very thoughtful about moving things.
