They were awesome. I just purchased a couch from Costco. I called several moving companies, 4 hours was the minimum 740.00 One of the moving company told me about Lugg . I look them up They came the same day . Very fast efficient and clean. I only charged me $86.00 Fantastic company I would definitely use them again

After a professional moving company let us down today with delay after delay, we were forced to cancel their job and looked to Lugg. We were initially concerned Lugg did not meet our needs because the appliances being moved required a box truck as they had to stand vertically. I have also read/heard Lugg can be hit or miss depending on the movers you get matched to. However, we were lucky to have Michael and Luis today. They were experts and found a solution to remove “feet” of one appliance to make it fit in the truck. They were both professional, efficient, and communicated updates as necessary. Very satisfied with the level of expertise and service from this Lugg team and will definitely look to use them again. Thank you, Michael and Luis!
Manuel & Alejandro were excellent! Arrived on time, extremely friendly, worked hard, and were outta there in 75 mins. I am so glad I used Lugg and had them instead of an exorbitant rate from a regular moving company that was recommended to me and I was about to use. We were very happy with Lugg and with Manuel & Alejandro.

This has been a horror story of a cross country move. Up to now everything that could go wrong did. These guys got stuck with the last load of stuff after a disaster Friday with the big moving company and not being prepared. They moved fast, loaded well, dealt with my space looking like a bomb went off, etc. Scheduling with Lugg was one of the first things to go right for a few weeks with this move.
Luis and Sergio were SO FAST. Last time I moved, I hired a big moving company with 3 movers and a huge truck. They were twice as slow and damaged most of my furniture. But Luis and Sergio were amazing - they got almost everything into their van, carefully packed, and into my new apartment in record time. Seriously, they were so great. I tipped them already but here is a little extra because they are THE BEST.
We had another moving company come earlier the same day. And it was a painful experience. So much so, that we had the need to call lugg. These guys were AMAZING. We were the last clients of the day, and they had the best energy. They gave us so much peace of mind. We felt really well taken care of. So glad they helped us.
Jorge and Phillip were awesome! Lugg customer support (not Jorge and Phillip) really sucks though. You guys emailed me back about a CIO request a few minutes after the Luggers arrived. That is trash customer service. Thanks again Jorge and Phillip. Ya’ll should start your own moving company.
These movers were on demand immediately. They were punctual. They jumped in to facilitate the move when I felt list and unsure where to begin. They showed their confidence, experience, and professionalism ( setting boundaries and rules that they follow in their company). Wow! They are recommended without reservation. They have patience. They have excellent organizational skills. For example, they took stuff out of a disorganized 8'x10' unit and put it in there truck utilizing every square inch of their truck. They took it to my new storage that was 5'x10'. After realizing that the bookshelves were no longer functional, that was broken down in to garbage and we decided to let go of 2 other major items that no longer served my highest good. As a result, they brilliantly organized and were able to fit all my boxes and stuff into the new 5'x10' at the new location. At times they had questions for me when they were unsure and listened to me. I was impressed. They took chaos and turned the situation into gold and made it work. They seemed to have a natural inherent ability to move stuff and think ahead about how it should be organized and packed in present and later on when the delicate storage boxes to the designated destination. I feel very fortunate that a moving company referred me to this company, Lugg. It was a fabulous experience in which I felt it was a customer satisfaction guaranteed job. These particular movers showed grit and resilience when I wanted to give up and they said, No, we will make this work. It will all work out." They took the lead, had an open mind, and kept the lines of communication open and professional. It was a smooth transition with their great problem solving skills. I am so happy with the job done and it was done for reasonable rates and they were also industry competitive. Their skill sets are worth more than 5x what the job was worth. Lugg is so lucky to have this dynamite team as their employees. They have a positive attitude and are easy going. 5 stars for them and they set the bar for others in industry.
