Julian was very professional and a quiet friendly type of guy. Picked up all my mower (riding mower, large dump wagon and equipment and then tarp covered it (raining), strapped it all down and drove a few hours to deliver it to me. He also help me unload the heavy stuff too. Considerate and professional. - Doug

The second pick up was great. I didn't even have to wake up. So smooth. The first one wasn't good. I ordered a pick up btwn 6 and 7, and the destination was Redwood Landfill. I texted the company back, to make sure those hours would work. They said no problem! I guess they had an arrangement worked out! The guy shows up at 6, didnt know anything about the pick up or destination. Thats odd. When I told him Redwood Landfill he said, "but they close at 3 or 4" "I know, I that's why I checked if it was ok, and they said yes." He told me - "its not a person you were texting, its just an app." I didn't know that and had no idea I'd gotten a wrong answer. He was nice, I apologized they made the trip. Asked if there was a charge. He said no. He leaves then sends this: Please cancel the job. Next time, mark it as going to the dump. You made us come for nothing. Always check if there are any open dumps; they all close at 4. My response: I cancelled the job already. I already explained to you, I knew about the dumps hours. I asked if that was going to be ok. I have no idea how the business is structured. They could have an agreement with Lugg to drop in nearby lot or something. " You made us come for nothing." That's extremely rude. Not cool. I didn't make you, the weak company technology did. Big glitches. I asked about the time. They said no problem. Why were you so polite at my house, then kind of a dick via text? Lol. Angel & Orlando are a great team! Professional, friendly, and strong workers. They patiently waited as the person working on the couch completed his work, then got it into their van and to my new spot. Even gladly took a couple random items I forgot had been left behind. At the new place, quickly assessed the two entry points, and brought my giant couch inside, set it up, and offered to move around some other smaller items. They even were super kind to my pup. It was a challenge to carry it into my room, because the spaces are tight and the doorways low—But they figured out the problem immediately and set the bookshelf in place within minutes. Took longer than expected in terms of overall time from SF to Oakland. The original estimate was $178, but this ended up being ~$50 more. One mover seemed slightly less experienced than the other, but overall delivery was quick and easy. (I helped carry in the drawers, they just did the main body of the dresser.) - Joyce
