They packed the van so that unloading made it easier to place in my unit exactly the way I wanted. I really appreciate their assistance. Will use Luggs again for my small moving needs. I needed a single item moved - a moped that broke down at work, that I could not safely ride back home. So I was unable to do it myself, it was too big of a job for your average Uber driver, and too small of a job for a company that rents out large trucks. Lugg was PERFECT for this. My drivers, Randy and Dulani, showed up in under an hour, were friendly and professional, and secured the moped perfectly so that it was not further damaged during the 12 mile ride from South San Francisco to San Francisco.
