Both Charles and Austin were amazing! I purchased an item off of Facebook marketplace, and the seller raved about the care and attention they put into packing a very large and heavy piece of furniture. Then when I received it, they gave everything the same TLC. They are friendly, personable young men and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future! - Kimberly

Michael and Emmanuel were great! I really appreciate it there friendly professionalism, and diligence. We hired a different online moving company last weekend who dragged their feet, so we will be hiring Lugg again. Emmanuel and Michael turned a difficult move into a positive experience, that’s worth a lot. Thank you both! - David

I recently relocated to LA and I've used Lugg twice to pick up and deliver furniture. Both times I was quite satisfied with the service. The first time went like a breeze, and because the Lugg movers were so efficient, it was quite reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the second move was a fiasco for reasons that were NOT the fault of the Lugg movers. Although it was an incredibly difficult and frustrating job, they kept their wits and good humor about them. I did learn that if any particular move ends up taking hours for whatever reason, the cost can really add up, so it's something to keep in mind. - Kathleen
