Arturo and Andy were awesome!!! Super impressed by their strength and efficiency. Were great teammates together and very courteous to me and the sellers of my fb marketplace item. I love my new fridge and they were so kind to wear booties in the house. Will Lugg again! - Chandler
Michael and Kareem are great combo. Very carefully, fast and no waste time. Very efficient. Fantastic team. Thank you. - Jaseong
They were both ready and equipped upon arrival and carried these bulky items carefully down a stairwell. I appreciated they were on time and came prepared to move a washer dryer. Super professional and friendly strong movers. Highly recommend! - Aimee
This was my first Lugg experience and the guys were outstanding! Punctual, helpful, polite, prompt at my destination…it was a great experience overall! - Elizabeth
I thought your service included unboxing my item. I was told by Lauren, who delivered it that that wasn’t the case that was fine no problem. But he offered to unboxed it, which I very much appreciated. I’m a senior in the thought of unboxing this mini fridge was daunting. Lauren unboxed it for me took the cardboard to my garage. I tipped him for his efforts he didn’t have to do that and I was grateful that he did. - Jody
Jonathan was great! I had an address mix up and he handled it very smoothly. And his communication via text and phone was great. Highly recommend. - Sophia
Amazing work!! Professional, friendly, clean, and took their time to keep the furniture pristine. Thank you!!! - Kristina
Stanislav was amazing. Wouldn’t let us touch anything and was definitely not dilly-dallying. Just the right amount of small talk. Will definitely be hiring again and recommending! - Denisse
Alfonso and Rogelio were superstars! Thank you so much for making my donation super easy from start to finish. Kudos! - Madeline
5 STARS Fred and Alan were by far the best movers that I have used. They worked so well as a team. Being identical twins made it even more interesting. Fred and Allen were polite, efficient, and knew exactly what they needed to do to get the job done right. They delivered a very large antique cabinet up a very narrow flight of stairs. I could see how well they communicated with each other to make sure that the piece was in the same condition that it was bought. They also had everything with them, including a dolly travel, blankets, and plastic wrapping. I would feel confident hiring the begin for larger moves. - Sarah
Mark and Raul are a great friendly and super helpful team! So glad I used Lugg and will definitely be a returning customer! Many thanks ! - Marikit
Nelson and Angel were quick, friendly, and took very good care of my glass desk. I’d highly recommend. - Jeanette
Outstanding service! Luis and Alejandro provided an exceptional pickup and delivery experience. They arrived right on time, were extremely professional, polite, and handled everything with the utmost care. It’s rare to find such dedicated and friendly delivery professionals. Thank you so much, Luis and Alejandro, for your hard work and great attitude highly recommended! - Sd designs llc

Oscar and Jorge are truly incredible. So kind and careful with everything. This was a much bigger job than I anticipated and they were totally on top of everything. Truly one of the best experiences I have had in a really long time. And I am grateful for them. - Charles
Lashone and Jamel seriously saved the day! They were super friendly, quick, and careful with everything. They made what could’ve been a stressful move so much easier. Really appreciated them both! - Angela
Sam and Larson did an incredible job. I needed things moved up to the attic and things taken down to my basement. They were efficient, quick and friendly. I would highly recommend. I’m glad I found this company. - Laurie
This team was awesome for me! They had great communication. Once I communicated the goal of the day, they designed the strategy to get there. Incredibly kind and helpful. All of my pieces were treated with care and thoughtfully placed. 10/10 Highly recommend! - Angela

Saheeb and Larson were quick friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend! - Ashlyn
Excellent work done! No wasting time even though the job was no easy moving home items 4 floors. Very organized and professional! Thank you so much! - Melissa
Good service. They're not "professionals", more like an Uber or Lyft. Still, the two guy came with a nice pickup, had moving blankets, very flexible. They move a large two piece tool chest into my basement from Home Depot. From when I booked it on a late Sunday morning until the item was in my basement was 2 hours (I live like 10 min from the store). - Will
Mike and Daniel called me on the way, they gave an accurate time frame for arrival and they got here and went straight to work. Very protective of flooring and walls. They are professionals. - Jacob
Alfredo and Billy were great! The mirror was tightly wrapped and they delivered it seamless. Thank you, both!! - Claire
This is me and my fiancé’s first time using movers and Marco and Michael made the experience so easy. Very grateful to have used them through Lugg. - Kathleen
Two great guys who were friendly but not intrusive. They assessed the job knowledgeably and performed the task quickly. Would use them again in a heartbeat - Michele
Both Alberto & Zachary were incredible! They were incredible at communicating and moved incredibly quickly and efficiently! I am so grateful - Maggie
Alfredo and Billy were professional, careful, and incredibly efficient. They moved several heavy pieces of furniture upstairs and downstairs with ease, protecting both my furniture and home. Friendly and reliable, they made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend them and would gladly request them again! - Melinda
Lugg is awesome; I learned about the app at 7:30 pm. By 8:00, they had found “Luggers” to help me move; by 8:09 pm, they arrived, and I had my dresser and futon in my apartment by 8:45pm. The “luggers” were personable, efficient, professional, and came equipped for the job. This app really saved me in a last-minute pinch. - James
Jonathan was super friendly, warm, and helpful! Highly recommend. And he showed up right on time and was easy to communicate with. - Hannah
Larson and Saheeb did a wonderful job moving items in my home. They are so professional and kind. Will definitely be using them again. - Martica
