Arturo and Andy were awesome!!! Super impressed by their strength and efficiency. Were great teammates together and very courteous to me and the sellers of my fb marketplace item. I love my new fridge and they were so kind to wear booties in the house. Will Lugg again! - Chandler

They were both ready and equipped upon arrival and carried these bulky items carefully down a stairwell. I appreciated they were on time and came prepared to move a washer dryer. Super professional and friendly strong movers. Highly recommend! - Aimee
I used this service because I had several large containers of clothes and stuffed animals that I wanted to donate to Goodwill but it was too much to do on my own. This was the cheapest option in my area and had the easiest to use website. Allen and Dominick were my movers and were absolutely professional and super friendly. - Siobhan
This is me and my fiancé’s first time using movers and Marco and Michael made the experience so easy. Very grateful to have used them through Lugg. - Kathleen

This team was awesome for me! They had great communication. Once I communicated the goal of the day, they designed the strategy to get there. Incredibly kind and helpful. All of my pieces were treated with care and thoughtfully placed. 10/10 Highly recommend! - Angela
5 STARS Fred and Alan were by far the best movers that I have used. They worked so well as a team. Being identical twins made it even more interesting. Fred and Allen were polite, efficient, and knew exactly what they needed to do to get the job done right. They delivered a very large antique cabinet up a very narrow flight of stairs. I could see how well they communicated with each other to make sure that the piece was in the same condition that it was bought. They also had everything with them, including a dolly travel, blankets, and plastic wrapping. I would feel confident hiring the begin for larger moves. - Sarah
Mark and Raul are a great friendly and super helpful team! So glad I used Lugg and will definitely be a returning customer! Many thanks ! - Marikit

Oscar and Jorge are truly incredible. So kind and careful with everything. This was a much bigger job than I anticipated and they were totally on top of everything. Truly one of the best experiences I have had in a really long time. And I am grateful for them. - Charles
Two great guys who were friendly but not intrusive. They assessed the job knowledgeably and performed the task quickly. Would use them again in a heartbeat - Michele
Servio and Khali were awesome. We had very heavy sleeper sofas that needed to be swapped between a bedroom and garage, navigating an old house with tiny door frames. They showed up promptly and got to work. Both guys were problem solvers and found a way to get an unreasonably difficult job done. Thank you both - Highly recommended!! - Joshua

Friendly and reliable, they made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend them and would gladly request them again! - Melinda
Christopher and Kali were fantastic! They picked up and delivered a large, heavy antique dresser and nightstand set I bought on Facebook Marketplace. They coordinated the pickup directly with the seller, which made the whole process incredibly easy. Kareem and Todd picked up my couch in Pasadena and delivered it to my home in Sherman Oaks. They were on time, professional, and extremely nice throughout the entire experience. To their manager: these two gentlemen are outstanding representatives of Lugg. They deserve recognition for their excellent service—and, in my opinion, a raise!
