I adjusted drop off location to Greencore Landfill and dump, a smaller private dump a few blocks from away from CLARTS. I hired a Lugger to transport a small mountain of boxes from my midtown east apt to Salvation Army. My experience was seamless, from booking to pick-up to delivery. My driver, Heron, was excellent. He showed up during the promised timeframe, had all the equipment he needed to transport my materials (and an impressive truck to safely store it in); and was courteous and professional. After three consecutive cancellations by TaskRabbit taskers (one cancelled by me when a tasker said I needed to hire his friend at an additional significant cost), I began frantically searching for another service who could pick up a large, heavy console from a seller 25 miles away and deliver it to my home. The crew was even a few minutes early at both pickup and destination and delivered my carefully wrapped console without a scratch. Their price was substantially lower than TaskRabbit's and Thumbtack.
