This is my first time using Lugg, and I could not be happier! My movers came lightning-fast—I got a team here (on-demand, no less) in just 15 minutes! They were easy to talk to and easy to work with, as well…even though they had to navigate a veritable obstacle course from the front lawn, around the back of the house, through the spare bedroom, and into the garage! I needed them to move a solid aluminum wheelchair ramp that weighed over 150 pounds—a very unwieldy item I am so glad I didn’t have to move myself! I absolutely intend to call on Lugg again if I need something moved…I just hope I can get Jose and Francesco to be my movers again! - Prince

They were 2 super strong guys who came on time with all the necessary equipment for a heavy large washtower (washer and dryer) and moved it carefully. They were great! - Aimee

Good service. They're not "professionals", more like an Uber or Lyft. Still, the two guy came with a nice pickup, had moving blankets, very flexible. They move a large two piece tool chest into my basement from Home Depot. From when I booked it on a late Sunday morning until the item was in my basement was 2 hours (I live like 10 min from the store). - Will

They were so friendly and efficient! They moved my dresser with ease, I would definitely book them again! Thank you so much! - Therese

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service! Highly Recommend! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Lugg! The two gentlemen who helped transport my double wall oven were absolutely AMAZING! From beginning to end, they handled everything with exceptional care and professionalism. This was a large, heavy appliance, and they took their time to make sure it was handled safely and carefully throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel like they were rushing or being careless. They were efficient, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly attentive to detail. It’s refreshing to come across people who genuinely take pride in doing their job well! I’m beyond grateful for their help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. These gentlemen deserve recognition for their outstanding service! I would absolutely use Lugg again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, professional moving assistance. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Samantha
