There were frequent text communications from confirming my order/request to day of communication about the name of the team and arrival. I love that I know who is coming, have their photos and can see real time how far out they are. The team was professional, courteous, efficient and worked well as a team. Since I’m only moving things out of the way for reflooring and need them moved back 2 days later, I only wish I could request the same team 2 days from now.
