Lugg is awesome; I learned about the app at 7:30 pm. By 8:00, they had found “Luggers” to help me move; by 8:09 pm, they arrived, and I had my dresser and futon in my apartment by 8:45pm. The “luggers” were personable, efficient, professional, and came equipped for the job. This app really saved me in a last-minute pinch. - James

I thought your service included unboxing my item. I was told by Lauren, who delivered it that that wasn’t the case that was fine no problem. But he offered to unboxed it, which I very much appreciated. I’m a senior in the thought of unboxing this mini fridge was daunting. Lauren unboxed it for me took the cardboard to my garage. I tipped him for his efforts he didn’t have to do that and I was grateful that he did. - Jody

5 STARS Fred and Alan were by far the best movers that I have used. They worked so well as a team. Being identical twins made it even more interesting. Fred and Allen were polite, efficient, and knew exactly what they needed to do to get the job done right. They delivered a very large antique cabinet up a very narrow flight of stairs. I could see how well they communicated with each other to make sure that the piece was in the same condition that it was bought. They also had everything with them, including a dolly travel, blankets, and plastic wrapping. I would feel confident hiring the begin for larger moves. - Sarah
