They guys were great! Is there a way to request them next time? It has been one of the worst weeks of my life and they guys saved the day and got the furniture piece set. It was heavy and not easy and they did it with a smile. There is still good people in the world - Rob
White glove service! This is an incredibly timely and organized team. They showed up on time, gave plenty of notice, and easily moved two VERY heavy dressers up two and three flights of stairs. They were kind and courteous- we just out in new carpeting and they happily wore blue booties to protect our floors. Very few people out there these days exhibit such professionalism and care. So very happy to have used Lugg and specifically this duo to help with our move. Thank you!! - Bri (and my guard dog, Ollie) - Brianna
I could not be happier with this team. They were friendly and helpful and understood exactly what I wanted and how to do it. They moved several very, very heavy pieces of furniture out of the house and into the garage and wrapped them expertly without me even asking. 100% recommend them. - Laurie
These two were amazing! Moved a very heavy dresser up two flights of tight stairs, and narrow walkways- they were so careful! So meticulous. And so strong! Great job Luggers!!!! - brenda
It was a tough move and Jorge and Eyner did a great job. They lifted a VERY heavy fire pit up to the roof of a three story townhome! - Mindy
Gabriel and Calvin were amazing and really helped us out with moving a very heavy couch! They were friendly and got the job done quick! - Jessica
These guys were absolutely fantastic!! I wish Lugg had read my note about the table being extremely heavy (300#!) as this posed a bit of a problem for them but they went above and beyond for me and got it done anyways. They brought their own tools, and strapped it down before they left so I know they took care of it. I wish I could pick specific movers, I would go for Charles and Kyree every time! - Audrey
I recently had the pleasure of working with two wonderful guys who came over to rearrange some very heavy furniture on my patio. They were incredibly polite, professional, and worked together seamlessly as a team. It was clear they were skilled and efficient, as they handled the heavy pieces with care and precision. Not only did they succeed in completing the task perfectly, but they also made the whole experience stress-free for me. I couldn’t be happier with their service—I highly recommend asking for these 2 gentlemen, Michael and Mohamed to help you with your moving needs! I’ll definitely request them specifically the next time I use Lugg! Than you! - Rachel
They were able to help with a very heavy dresser and they did a great job! Very fast and efficient. Thank you! - Angela

They did great with a very heavy dresser! Appreciate them for a job well done. Easy to communicate with. They were very kind and had a great attitude. - Shana
Ibn & David went above & beyond getting two very large heavy pieces of furniture loaded & unloaded on a very hot day. Thanks for logistical magic & for getting the job done in one trip!! - Michelle
The guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond helping us remove flooring under some very heavy piece of furniture and hauling it away for us. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I will recommend lug and these particular movers to everybody. - David
Great communication through the whole process, picked up on short notice for same day delivery. Carried in our large and heavy item carefully and placed it exactly where asked. Would use this service again. Carlos and Carlos were great! - Tiffany

These guys were fantastic. They were courteous and careful with the dressers that I purchased. They did an amazing job despite how heavy the pieces were and where they had to move the dressers to. I highly recommend this app’s service. - Paulette
These guys were absolutely incredible. I have a lot of extremely heavy mid century furniture and they weren’t even phased. They finished disassembling my bedframe when I couldn’t and even put it back together in the new apartment. Will absolutely be using again!!! - Sarah
These guys were AMAZING! The carried and extremely heavy 9’ sofa up a flight of stairs. It was a challenge!! They were very punctual, courteous and professional. - daneen
Everything anybody can think about it. Before the mattress brought into upstairs 3rd bedroom we had some furnitures in the room Nd they helped to bring down and put in the garage willingly. They were heavy. Yes. I tipped them good. They did that without asking extra money. Mahasen - Mahasen

Sometimes the job needs people, not a truck. You need help loading a moving truck you rented or the PODS in the driveway, a sleeper sofa has to get up three flights of stairs, you're rearranging furniture before a showing, the tables and chairs need setting up for an event, or everything has to clear a room for new floors and come back once they've cured. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that offers Movers only in Phoenix, labor-only moving help you can book the same day for any job that stays at one address. Some people call them load-only movers.
The Movers only button sits right under your address. Tap it, choose how many movers the job needs, and pick a time, and the price shows before anything is booked. It works the same way in the Lugg app and on the web, and it's the quickest way to hire moving help without arranging a truck.
Yes, and finer than that. Lugg bills moving labor by the minute, so a 40-minute job pays for 40 minutes of labor instead of the two-to-four-hour block most moving companies charge for. The base fare depends on the crew size you pick, and with nothing traveling between two addresses there's no mileage. Running long is fine too: the same rate simply continues.
Movers fill or empty a rental truck, a PODS or a storage unit, carry a single heavy item to another room or floor, like a treadmill down to the basement or a mattress up a staircase, and take on any job where you need help moving furniture without going anywhere. They show up with a dolly, blankets, straps and stretch wrap, and they can take a bed frame apart and put it back together in the room it's going in. For a PODS or a U-Box, the container pages cover what to have ready.
Two buildings in one complex count too, as long as everything can be carried across on foot. If anything has to ride in a vehicle to get where it's going, book a standard Lugg instead and your movers bring the vehicle.
