They were punctual, patient and super efficient. Our treadmill was much more complicated to move than any of us expected, but the got it done flawlessly and quickly.
Both were super-efficient and made sure my new treadmill was properly in place, checked with me, and made sure it turned on and was working. They also informed me that I should connect it to my internet. Their attention to these details was very appreciated.

Luis and Enrique showed tremendous troubleshooting abilities in figuring out a safe way to move my large treadmill out of a relatively small storage space, and quickly executing the plan. The last lugg agent called me after taking a look at the picture I sent and advised me to cancel my current booking and double book for this move, as my treadmill appeared too large for simply 2 guys. I was a little disappointed but I went ahead and double booked anyway. Thank God these 2 arrived 1st! They moved it with ease- I cancelled the 2nd booking right away and saved 💰.
These two guys were great!!! Moved a treadmill to my house and were courteous and efficient. Would recommend to all my friends!!!
They were both very nice and apologized for taking so long with the disassembly and reassembly required to move this very heavy treadmill. I told them not to worry because I could see they were doing their best. They worked as fast as they could.
