Luggers, Makhlouf and Luis were very skilled at delivering the adjustable frame for a high-end Tempurpedic bed. First, they came in and asked to see where the frame was going. Then, they quickly brought it up two flights of stairs. Luis guided Makhlouf with his experience in how to turn the frame vertically, holding onto the sides, so the mechanism would not fold, pulling out the legs, and turning the frame so that it could navigate a small “four corners” turn through with 3 doors. They angled it through the bedroom door, asked where to put it and easily put it in place. They placed the mattress and plugged it in. This took some expertise. I am in immense gratitude for their skill, efficiency, and, above all, courtesy and people skills. - Alex
