Since I found out about Lugg I’ve hired about a dozen trucks. I can honestly say these two are as good as good as it gets. These two under promised and over delivered. As a business owner, I cannot tell you how rare of a quality that is to find nowadays if you are lucky enough to ever get assigned these two, jump on it not only are they hard workers, but they are extremely strong and able to stay on task unfortunately with the rise of social media, those are things becoming next to impossible to find. John and Julian were fantastic! Super helpful, friendly, efficient guys. We’re on top of their game. Sadly, however, I misunderstood the way this app works. As I was only moving four blocks away, I figured it would be acceptable if I was to have the pick up truck and make a few trips with these guys. I was surprised when I received a call from John 45 minutes before their arrival to let me know that I needed to order a larger sized truck. At that point I went on the app only to find out there was no possibility of getting a larger size truck at that hour. Meanwhile I had initially place the order the night before, and so if someone from Lugg had simply looked at my order and the amount of boxes, they could’ve immediately then and they are let me know that I would’ve needed to get a larger truck, in which case I would’ve had all of my things moved by now. Sadly half of what I thought I was going to move still is at the other location. Still, great price, great service, could use a little better management. I would definitely use this service again, now I know how it works. Hope this is helpful. - David

They took on a bigger job than expected and showed enthusiasm to help us complete this task that we could not do ourselves. Great guys, very kind and immensely helpful and came well prepared!
