They were very nice. I can’t express in words how great your company is. Your immediate follow-up yesterday to my emails is so appreciated. You need to advertise on NextDoor! Had I known about your company weeks ago to remove furniture, I would have hired you considering your pricing structure is fair versus We-Got-Junk that came & gave me an outrageously expensive quote to remove 5 pieces of furniture that I refused to pay. It was difficult to find another company but I finally found one. Your company is timely and responsive. I was referred to you by a real estate agent and I now am referring you to others! Thank you for being professional & fairly priced. You have a raving fan in me!
The were 30min late. It was 15 minutes in total to take down a few bag of trash I had already killed my self and my back packing up and moving everything to the front hallway. If you charge more that $20 I'll destroy you on yelp, LI, FB, nextdoor, etc. and everywhere else! Even though they were very late they could have knocked out pushing furniture and be done with. I've used Dolly Before. So many options. I was trying to stay loyal. They said I'd have to hire a second Lugg appointment to move a small couch within my apartment. I'll use another service and a service that can legally use a screwdriver. They were nice enough and embarrassed to explain your irrational rule.
Daniel and Clinton were AMAZING! They had to wait an hour for the storage company to let us in to my unit. Please leave me the ability to tip Daniel and Clinton, on the app. They were VERY prompt, polite and professional. I continue to recommend Lugg to friends and those on my local Nextdoor site. Both Julio and Jose were on time, very careful and quick with negotiating the move of a couch and chair. I have used Lugg several times in the past couple of years and have never been disappointed with the service. I highly recommend every chance I get even on Nextdoor.
They came as fast as they could to help another group carry a couch that was heavier than I realized when purchasing through nextdoor. They saved the day and cost me a lot less than the first lugg people I received. They battled East Bay traffic to Marin!
Whoa. The Lugg app is literally magic. I found a large piece of used furniture online, checked it out in person, and before I even paid for it, got confirmation that these guys would arrive within an hour. ONE hour!? At the click of a button to give me immediate gratification of having this sweet piece of high-end furniture that I scoured off Nextdoor picked up and dropped off at my apartment. This service opens up all new possibilities for redecorating and changing new pieces of furniture that I otherwise would have to pay some fancy storefront hundreds of dollars to deliver and even hundreds more to buy new from. This transaction alone allowed me to get my piece at less than 20% of the price new AND all within the span of an HOUR (not accounting for Bay Area traffic) FUCKIN MAGIC! More importantly, Lugg wouldn’t work without he hardworking guys willing to drive through hours of traffic to show up with a smile, pick up my treasure/booty, all the whole treating it as it it was their own property, and BEATING me to the drop off destination. I can’t speak for every Lugger, but this dynamic duo is the reason this app will succeed or fail. Make sure to keep these guys and use them as an example of what others need to do. FUCKIN MAGIC. This was my first time using Lugg, and WOW I couldn’t be happier. Eric and Erik came to help me load a bed that I purchased on Nextdoor, they came early, were extremely friendly and easy to connect with. They loaded everything carefully showed up with wrap and a blanket and all of my items were transported safely. I was a little nervous to build this trundle bed that came without instructions, and was happily surprised and relieved when they pulled out tools and began to build it. Yay my son has his own bed again!! I would highly recommend Lugg and if you get these two young men you will be in great hands. They work hard and get the job done, a mom couldn’t ask for more! Five Stars for our wonderful Lugg movers! They picked up and delivered to us a sofa bed we got via Nextdoor. The sofa was wrapped in protective plastic and the feet were removed so that they didn't break off. They used a power drill to reattach the feet. We live up many steps from the street so this was a difficult task. They were friendly and courteous!! We can't say enough about our first experience with Lugg! AAA++
I have used LUGG now a few times and I'm very happy with this service! I love the text updates so you are on top of your delivery time frame. And each time the delivery guys have been so nice, accommodating and hard working! They did a great job. Now I can shop garage sales, Craigslist or anywhere and not worry about getting something delivered to my house I highly recommend LUGG!

First time trying Lugg, and WOW, I am sold. These two guys showed up and got through everything so quick (but carefully). They were respectful and polite too. They hadn't received the detailed message I'd submitted to Lugg with the booking, but they did not complain at all with the added items I needed them to move in order to move the furniture items in. They navigated tricky spaces and stairs. And an unbelievably heavy antique armoire (like you really cannot believe how heavy this thing is). I couldn't believe how fast everything went. Next time I book with Lugg services, I hope to work with Jerald and Jacob again - thanks guys!
