Absolutely wonderful very steady, calm pace, great energy very positive went way and beyond from what was expected! They made it happen and did not have any attitude during the process was very patient and friendly!!
My lugg movers arrived at the promised time. They were very courteous and efficient in loading the things I needed moved. My drop off location changed as there was some confusion. But my movers did not show any concern and helped me to get to the correct location. The lugg app helped as the destination changed. The whole place process including the drop off went smoothly even though I had to change the location of the drop off. I am very happy that I chose the lugg movers for my move.
Daniel and Pedro did a great job, getting all my items picked up and then placed where I asked them to leave the items. They did a great job with the seller, and at my place for delivery.

Mohammad and Javier were on time and efficient. Not only did they deliver the rugs but they helped me place them and roll them out to get placed beneath furniture I couldn’t move on my own!
They responded to my request VERY quickly! They carefully unboxed the large cabinet, put it in the place where I wanted it, helped me to level it, and took away all the cardboard and other packing materials. I highly recommend them!

When they got here they were polite, introduced themselves . Friendly to my husband who was outside. Very careful W/ carrying in the heavy pc of furniture. Asking where I wanted it , placed it there & asked if was ok or they would move it to where I needed it . Very accommodating! My husband & I We’re very impressed w/ the service , promptness, & the friendly delivery guys! Will keep the # if I need this again great experience! They both deserve GOLD Stars ⭐️

They were fast, polite and made sure everything was in place as I asked. They found a loose bolt and took the time to check the chairs for me. Great service!
They made sure they contacted me by phone, needing to call me a couple of times, when no one came out to receive the shipment. I was not at the delivery site but my husband was and he did come out. My husband said they were very courteous and efficient, and placed the items where asked in the apartment. We appreciate that they were very timely in their delivery, excellent with communication, professional, helpful and courteous.

These gentlemen managed to acquire my furniture at ikea despite the fact that I misplaced my receipt. They also were able to manage a treacherous and narrow stairway without incurring any damage to the delivery.
They were here when promised. Brought everything in and placed it where it needed to be. And they were just place nice fellows.
They communicated well updating me on how far they are so that they find me at my place. I forgot my keys and I had to go back to get them but they did not complain which I think it was really understanding of them. Also they were really friendly.

Juan was incredible at helping me out of a real tough situation with a terrible experience dealing with Ikea. After over a week of reschedules, cancellations, in person claims/cases and still not having my order sitting on a cart leave the ikea store, lugg REALLY helped me out to get my items within 2 hours. Juan went through each and every item on my receipt to make sure it was all there (even when it was the IKEA teams job to do that!) and found broken and missing items and ensured they were replaced and delivered. He even helped me move all of my items up to my apartment which was generous and extremely helpful given that i’m on my own and needed a hand. Couldn’t thank him enough ! Reem
