Jonathan and Pedro did a great job delivering my very heavy sofa exactly where I wanted it! They were efficient and a pleasure to work with!
Made sure to be careful of the furniture and walls when bringing the sofa up the stairs. Helped overcome a few unforseen obstacles that came up to deliver my furniture on time. Would use service again
Two friendly guys. They were able to get a pretty large sofa in the door without any problem, and were deferential about asking if it was placed correctly, etc. Tipped them. I’d recommend this team 100%.

Isiah and Pedro were great sports in helping hoist a couch up and over my outdoor balcony. I really appreciated their help!!
They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .
Andrew and Jason were on time and friendly and clearly worked well as a team. They moved quickly and efficiently, and had no difficulty getting the couches and bar buffet inside, and set up where we needed them. And they were personable when they were finished, chatting for a little, as I asked about the Lugg service seeing as I had never heard of it before. Great service, excellent guys.

I reached out to Lugg after another on-demand service could not follow through. My request was assigned to William & Alex under an hour, and they were great. Alex communicated with me during the entire process, and were at my home in no time. Getting my couch in definitely required some work 😮💨, but they were great sports about it. Great service from start to finish. Would definitely use LUGG again. Thank you 😊
Only one of the couches was delivered. I called IKEA and they said that it was theirs fault - that it was not given to the Lugg delivery people. But they cannot rectify this until Lugg calls them. But then they tell me they have no phone number for Lugg. I need it today!

These guys went above and beyond and help me get this sectional down to Connecticut over almost 2 hours away so thank you so much

My lugg movers arrived at the promised time. They were very courteous and efficient in loading the things I needed moved. My drop off location changed as there was some confusion. But my movers did not show any concern and helped me to get to the correct location. The lugg app helped as the destination changed. The whole place process including the drop off went smoothly even though I had to change the location of the drop off. I am very happy that I chose the lugg movers for my move.
