Andres did an amazing job. He arrived 20 minutes early and called and texted to keep us informed on his ETA. He was very friendly and careful with our fragile table we were moving. He came with all of the equipment he needed to load it into the back of his pick up truck, and we felt very confident our table would arrive back at our house in great condition. The delivery was not completed because your team stated they cannot lift more than 240 pounds. At no point was I informed that this limitation existed. If weight was an issue, it should have been flagged at pick-up—before taking the job—so I could have canceled and found a company able to handle it. On top of that, your team did not have the proper equipment such as gloves or lifting straps to handle the furniture. Because this was not communicated and your team arrived unprepared, my time was wasted and the job I needed done remains incomplete. If your team cannot lift heavy items, then they are in the wrong line of work. - Lorena
