This was the first time using Lugg and I have to say I was VERY impressed with Gean and Isaac. They packed the furniture they delivered very securely and unloaded everything with care. They were friendly and helped moved the heavy furniture to a secure space. They set a very favorable impression of Lugg with my first experience.
Kevin and Khalid were amazing. They were prepared with all of the right materials to make sure that my furniture was transported safely and damage free. They went above and beyond and were total gentlemen. Great work by both.
Jonathan and Luis were quick, good with communication from pick up to delivery and received all furniture in good condition.
Besides bringing my new furniture right on time, They helped me to rearrange the other furniture nearby so that it all fits right.
Jeremy and Henry were very fast and had great teamwork. I had two storage units in a house with things going to various places and they were really good about listening and knowing what goes where. in addition, when we got to the house I had to move some furniture around and they didn’t hesitate to help me. Erik and Ramon went above and beyond to help with my furniture delivery. They picked up and dropped off the couch without me even having to be there, and when I arrived at the end, everything was already taken care of. The neighborhood had a tricky security policy, but he navigated it with ease and made what could have been a complicated situation completely stress-free. They were extremely helpful, responsible, and reliable throughout the process.
Kevin and Khalil were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond our expectations with our move. They managed to get our furniture through a small doorway, into our tight apartment, and up a narrow staircase with no problems at all. They were extremely polite, professional, and careful with everything. They even helped my husband move an extra chair into our home without hesitation. I can’t recommend them highly enough — they made what could have been a stressful move quick and easy. Thank you, Kevin and Khalil!

Hi Lugg Team- shout-out to John and Brad! The furniture store did not disassemble the dining table we ordered (even though we requested them to do so) so this move was tough as the table was super heavy. John and Brad still powered through and helped us maneuver the table into our storage unit. Cheers Ps. (We gave them a cash tip when they left, so i will leave that field blank here in the app)

Rommel went above and beyond helping move our furniture! He was prompt, efficient, and so pleasant to talk to. He came prepared with blankets and straps and when we requested his help he was on the road immediately. Highly highly recommend for all of your moving needs.

Sergio and Lucas too such great care moving a very fragile antique piece of furniture. They took their time reattaching the glass door until it fit perfectly.
Efficient, packed my furniture to protect it, moved it exactly where I asked. They were polite, helpful and asked if I needed anything else.
Both men were very kind respectful careful and efficient. Arrived early placed all pieces where I wanted them removed plastic covers from the cushions. No damage to either my home or the furniture delivered. I am so glad Home Goods recommended Lugg I will certainly call again if I’m in need of help. Thank you!!!
