Onon and James were super quick and professional and could not have made moving my peloton any easier! Would use them and Lugg again!!
They were very efficient but also very careful with the elliptical. Made absolutely no scuffs on the walls or stair railings despite a quite difficult ( nearly impossible) turn on the basement stairway. It looked like there was no way the bulky machine would make it down the stairs, but they patiently, methodically made it happen! My wife and I clapped when they reached the basement, it was such a remarkable achievement. We highly recommend Guillermo and Alfredo. They are a great team!
First, Alfredo and Riley were awesome. An elliptical is not an easy thing to lift and move. They did it flawlessly! The overall process and pricing using Lugg was really good. A strong value, easy to use and good updates means I will definitely us Lugg whenever I need this kind of help. Randy

Onon and Myles were efficient, nice, and thorough! They not only moved a heavy treadmill but also took time to troubleshoot a wire that had come detached, making sure that the treadmill was fully functional when they left. Would definitely recommend them!

Ricardo and Justen came to move a treadmill out of my house and down the street to a neighbor’s. This particular treadmill is insanely heavy and it needed to be transported around several tight corners and narrow hallways. Justen and Ricardo took the time to think through how to navigate best and were extremely careful of floors and walls. They were polite, positive, and friendly, and they definitely went above and beyond on a tough job! Thank you!

Keegan and Michael are my favorite luggers thus far! they moved a ridiculously heavy desk down two flights of stairs like no big deal. friendly and professional as well.
Mario and Alexandro were wonderful. They were careful, efficient and very helpful. Would definitely like to work with those two again. The big challenge I faced, not tied to them, was that Lugg dispatched a smaller van than I needed. I booked the biggest move for the XL and the van didn’t fit everything. It was definitely not their biggest van because I’ve used Lugg before and have seen larger ones. I need to follow up given I paid for the biggest one.

I was only going to ask them to help me move some bigger furniture items, but they went above and beyond to help move nearly everything from my studio apartment. They were incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient.
