Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly. - Fernando

Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again! - Emily

Ikea gave me a delivery window of 3:00-4:00, but Lugg didn’t show up until after 6:00. Ikea also told me that if I’m there to help unload, then I only need to order a single lugger. Turns out, that a single lugger only delivers to the porch, two luggers carry it inside. Cesar was great though, he ultimately helped me carry the couch inside - Bari
