This was my first time using this service and Luquan and Paul were great! I can't believe how quickly I got my furniture. I bought it a couple of hours ago and it's now at my house and they took great care setting it up to avoid damage. I will definitely use the service again!

They were a little apprehensive once they seen the mattress. However my son and I assisted which was the plan. Good hard working team without any complaints just got it done..I didn't tip on the site however did tip them in person.
The guys were friendly and punctual. They were super helpful with getting the item into the house even in the snow. Loved how the app kept us updated on arrivals and departures. Will def use Lugg again!

The guys were great! They even called me to let me know that there were some small stains on the recliner I was having them delivered to me… They were kind and polite when they got here and I appreciate them very much! Great job !
