I was prompted by your app that I could select Goodwill as a drop-off for my couch. It was featured as a location without even me selecting an address. When our Luggers arrived and took the couch, I had no issues until they called me 10 minutes later saying that Goodwill couldn't take the couch. I don't understand why Goodwill was listed as a featured location when they wouldn't accept the couch. From there, the Luggers drove all over San Diego, racking up a huge mileage charge, trying to drop off the furniture, only to return it back at my original address. I will not be paying this huge charge for someone to pick up my couch, drive it around in a van for a couple hours, only to drop it back off to my apartment. Please issue a refund, or I will be filing a credit card chargeback.
They did a great job taking care of the items I was donating. It showed their professionalism. I really appreciated it!

Incredibly impressed. Two friendly young gentleman who are great at what they do. Went through a local moving company prior and got two slow/out of shape/grouchy 55 year old men that charged for extra time and cost me 650. This wasn’t quite as extensive of a job but it cost 1/6, was done much more efficiently, with much more pleasant of people.
They were smart, professional, fast, accurate, and friendly! What else do you want? Great service and great team!
Johnny and Tim were fantastic!!! They were timely, professional, and did a great job. They handled a tricky drop off at my new location with class and skill. I had large furniture and they handled everything with prepared equipment and excellent planning. I am so grateful for the support they provided and could not have done it without them!!!! I have such relief to be done with this part of my move and it is all thanks to Johnny and Tim.

They went above and beyond taking care of our new item, picking it up from someone in Carlsbad and bringing it over to me, despite sitting in over an hour of traffic. Very grateful for these two!
Needed a washer and dryer moved quickly as I had guests coming and Lugg had people out here within a couple of hours. Erick and Ramon got the job done even though it was tricky as there were steps involved and it was a tight squeeze. They were friendly and polite and completely saved the day! Great company and will definitely use again.
