I don’t believe this team should have accepted a move for a treadmill upstairs. They damaged our wood stairs and. I’m we are in a race to repair before putting our house on the market. We just installed this wood 3-months ago so am beyond disappointed. - Lara

I had an amazing experience with Lugg thanks to two incredible movers who went above and beyond. They moved a massive 200+ lb dresser upstairs (no easy task). They got creative and removed all the drawers to lighten the load and with some smart maneuvering (and a lot of muscle), they made it work. Not only did they handle the heavy lifting like pros, but they were also incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even helped move my old dresser downstairs which I really appreciated! - Kim
These guys were definitely pros! They knew exactly what to do and picked up my furniture from Home Goods for me. I really didn’t even need to be there for them to pick up my items. They worked well together and got the items in my home carefully and professionally. They even taught me how to move them in the future if I need to. Very friendly gentleman!
