The pickup was great. However, when they got to the drop off location, which was the west side housing works location, they were told that bed frames were not accepted. I had specifically filled out that I sending 2 twin bed frames and 4 counter stools, and dishes. As I found your company on the Housing works website, and entered exactly what I was donating, this makes no sense. Then there was a question as to whether I had paid you as a company- Lugg, which I also didn’t understand as I had given a credit card and a payment. It seems you have no association with housing works, and these two people don’t seem to actually work for you. Independent contractors perhaps? They were lovely, but the process was a failure.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Honestly, the best moving experience/service I’ve ever booked! Octavio and Marcos are punctual, super friendly, and communicative. They have all the moving supplies needed and are not only thorough but quick too! Moving the furniture was a breeze and they went above and beyond in their service.
They were extremely nice, efficient, and professional, handling my belongings with great care. They came prepared with all the necessary supplies, so I had no worries at all. Everything was placed in my storage unit calmly and efficiently. I’ll definitely use them again!

I was able to call Edwin twice and he picked up and assure me of the delivery. They picked up the supplies on time and delivered them within the time that was slotted. He was super awesome. I didn't order assistance for bringing my packages in & he gladly offered to do it anyway....and I live in an attic apartment of a 3 story house! Round of applause on customer service. Did I mention I am a first time Luggee??!!! In our brief time together, he informed me about so many features, services & how to navigate the app (fully downloaded because of him btw). Due to my addiction to Ikea, Diy supplies from Lowes & lack of a larger vehicle, I will surely be using Lugg for all my heavy load needs. Thanks a million Roger!!!!

I didn’t realize the HomeGoods store opened at 9:30 and I chose the 9 to 10 time slot for pick up. But they were kind, and communicated with me, and still came at the time slot that I picked. What a wonderful service and really terrific gentlemen.
They did receive a tip. They were amazing. There were issues at the pick up not of their or the store’s fault but they handled and let me know at each step. Thank you for having them do the job.

5 Stars – Excellent Service from Yonattan and Vincent! Yonattan and Vincent did an outstanding job delivering my new dining set from the store to my apartment. They were punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient, handling everything with care and professionalism. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable movers!
There was only one functioning elevator in our building which delayed our move. John & Ahmed were patient and waited for our turn to use the elevator despite the crumby situation in our building. They made sure everything fit and were careful with our furniture. They also pre-flagged a damaged part of the couch at pickup from the furniture store to ensure that we still wanted to accept delivery. I’d hire them again and highly recommend them. Thanks!
Aston and Edward were excellent at handling my new furniture. The furniture was wrapped and well protected. I definitely would recommend Lugg for moving. The app was easy to use. The store where I purchased the furniture recommended another delivery service but they had so many bad reviews and they had a app that was difficult to use. Lugg is the best!
Absolutely smooth sailing. Walked into the store not knowing we would be leaving with a couch and the lugg movers came so fast and we're so quick to deliver our new couch. Highly recommend :)
Edgar called me from the frame store when there were only 2 pieces to pick up instead of the 3 expected. He allowed me to talk to the owner and confirm that only 2 were ready to pick up. Saved me time and trouble by being proactive and paying attention to the instructions on my order! Thank you!
He helped me move my queen mattress to the store for my return and got it done. I think he was a little slow (26 mins) to drop off the item. I had told him to drop it off at the parking lot or sidewalk.
The store forgot one of my items, and they went back to pick it up. They also dissembled one of the pieces of furnitures so it would fit through the door.
