Home Depot appliance delivery in Brooklyn, NY

Delroy was great! He picked up my order from Home Depot and delivered it to our building’s elevator with a dolly. He was a great communicator and pleasant to work with! Highly recommend!

Great service, but Home Depot did not give them both orders. What should I do since I uploaded 2 orders but they only got one?

Jason and Idrissa went above and beyond, arriving timely despite little lead time and being extremely generous with their time and patience in getting the job done. Jason made sure to hand deliver loose hardware that fell off a piece and even offered to leave a tool behind to make sure we could properly fix part of the furniture moved (that was very generous and thoughtful!).

Awesome. Professional. Can not say enough good things! The only problem was that IKEA boxes did not include the hardware...ugh!

Very understanding when plans changed. Also very helpful making sure chair pads protected our flooring under the chairs.

Did an excellent job! I’ve never seen anyone climb 3 flights so fast, even without a large dresser! Worked quickly and was very careful with both the furniture and the hard wood flooring. Took special care to make sure that the rain did not damage the wood piece. Wood hire again!

Everywhere, there were very nice, kind, courteous gentlemen who helped every step of the way. Very respectful as well. Super honored to have them move my appliance.

Thank you so much Tavis and Jose! They were very patient as I finished packing and made sure everything was in order. Very helpful with multiple stops and safely transported mini fridge as well.

Olufemi and Matthew were extremely helpful with my last-minute move. This move was sentimental for me because they were helping transport my late grandfather’s furniture, and they treated everything with great care and patience. Matthew was especially accommodating and willing to work with me when we initially thought the fridge wouldn’t fit in the vehicle After rearranging the storage unit, we realized there actually wasn’t space. So we dodged a bullet there. I really appreciated their flexibility and professionalism during a stressful time. Overall, great service and I would definitely recommend them.

They were amazing, got fridge through our basement, into small elevator and through our door. We're very grateful.

What else is there to say, they brought my new fridge to the second floor! 👍 Eternally grateful to them.
