My move was challenging but Eddie & Brian smiled and figured i out how to get a wide treadmill through a too narrow gate! Undeterred, they removed a part of the gate trim and carefully got the treadmill through the gate! Eddie and Brian were respectful and professional! I am a very satisfied Lugg Customer!

I’m so happy with the new location of my treadmill. Omar figured out why it wouldn’t turn on and showed me the reset button for the future. They offered to take the old mat out to the garbage. They were both very kind, efficient and competent.

Amazing!! These encountered numerous problems wirh my treadmill and rose to each obstacle with determination, perseverance, ingenuity. Where others may have given them left no stone unturned. It was a difficult heavy object to maneuver out of my house and into my daughter's. Their work ethic was outstanding. They listened to suggestions, implemented them perfectly. At all times showed great respect to myself and my family. Every effort was made to protect home surfaces, as well. Lugg is very lucky to have these 2 men in your employment. I would highly recommend them both to anyone.
Communication during scheduling and delivery was great. Hermelindo and Oscar did excellent job: very professional and friendly. It was pleasure to have them deliver the treadmill.

These guys moved a very hefty treadmill 3 floors down and then 3 floors up through narrow and twisting staircases. Incredibly difficult feat. Appreciate their help a lot
