In less than 5 minutes of submitting my request, Daniel and Vincent were already on their way to the pickup location. They complete the pickup and drop off in an hour. I was left really impressed by their speed. My only piece of feedback is I brought the chair down and into my apartment myself and I noticed that the labor for destination was listed at 12 mins when it took less than 2 from their end. - Cherie
