They were not just on time, they were earlier than their quoted time. They broke down the furniture and even promised to send me the donation receipt if they couldn’t come back to give it to me. I’d definitely use Lugg again especially if I could work these gentlemen again. Thank you so much - travel nurse from SC ❤️
The two gentlemen picked up and arrived at the donation drop off location only to be told the donation couldn’t be accepted but were told to go to another location 10 minutes away. They offered to deliver it out of the kindness of their hearts.
I can’t say enough positive about this pair. They carefully placed rugs and pads beneath beds and sofa in two locations, moved furniture and took furniture to Goodwill for donation. All done with a smile and courtesy. We have always had a great experience with Lugg and these guys were exceptional.
Helped coordinate another lugg to remove a furniture piece for donation that couldn't be scheduled with store delivery in one order, thanks!

We were told our movers would have a dolly and whatever tools we need, and when they arrived this turned out not to be the case. We made it work, I’m just not sure where this miscommunication came from.
These guys were absolutely fantastic!! I wish Lugg had read my note about the table being extremely heavy (300#!) as this posed a bit of a problem for them but they went above and beyond for me and got it done anyways. They brought their own tools, and strapped it down before they left so I know they took care of it. I wish I could pick specific movers, I would go for Charles and Kyree every time!

These men were great. They saw that the slab on the buffet they were moving for us would most likely come off and they had the foresight to tape it down and that was amazing. Thank you both for making our move as stress free and efficient as possible. The app was super easy to use and gave updated step by step instructions on what was going on and made things so easy to coordinate. We would definitely recommend this app and these movers again.
The guys did an excellent job and went above and beyond helping us remove flooring under some very heavy piece of furniture and hauling it away for us. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I will recommend lug and these particular movers to everybody.

Our movers went beyond expectations. They very nice and we’re careful with the furniture. The only casualty was a stand up lamp. Wanted to say thanks much to them
