Jahlil arrived later than expected because the Lugg app directed him to the delivery location, not the pick up location. Neither Jahlil nor I could raise anyone at Lugg to help, since they do not have a support line for either Luggers or customers -- "Contact Us" is exclusively email. This is an abject failure of customer support. Jahlil and I talked to one another on the phone and got him to my house. During what must have been a very frustrating experience, Jahlil was calm, patient, and courteous. He delivered my goods. I would happily hire Jahlil again. I cannot say the same for Lugg. Putting drivers out on their own without support is exploitative.
