Even though they couldn’t get my couch to where it needed to be because of my walls not allowing enough space to get in the area I wanted to.. But they tried their best! But it just didn’t work! Not their fault!
Agustin and Hussain were professional, careful, and thoughtful throughout the pickup and delivery. My furniture was delivered carefully wrapped and carried into the room and space I requested. Both men were friendly and did their best to place the furniture exactly without damage to the furniture, the floors or surroundings. Would highly recommend this team from Lugg!
Cliff and Julie were fantastic. They did an excellent job moving my newly purchased dresser chest into my space flawlessly. I tipped them both in cash. Thank you guys!
These guys were awesome. I got a heavy electric fireplace stuck halfway up my stairs. These guys got it into my dining room, easy peasy. While they were working, my 5-year-old autistic daughter was all in their space, trying to give hugs, trying to help, and asking 100 questions. They responded with patience. They were friendly and were simply wonderful. If that wasn't enough, they asked my son if he needed help figuring out how to work it and offered to get it plugged in and turned on. These guys are wonderful.
A challenging move out and the guys did a great job, very respectful of the floors and space where the furniture was moved from.
They came & checked the space before bringing the furniture inside house. Because of their planning & measuring they moved the furnitures & my house without any damages.
They were amazing! Managed to fit a huge piece of gym equipment through a very tight space. Thank you both!
James and Edward were great! Communicative and problem solvers, as we had to fit a large heavy piece of furniture through a small door into a tight space. Thanks guys!
