Had to move a giant hot tub, showed up right on time, offered great problem solving, and had a good attitude the whole time with a very difficult task.
Cesar and Geoff helped me move a fire pit to Denver as well as move a small hot tub in my backyard. It usually takes four of us to remove the hot tub and they could easily do it with three of us. Solid luggers!
Jamal and Angelo were amazing!! Went above and beyond helping to get a fridge out of our house in a very tight space.
Onon and James were great. They were friendly and very efficient. They knew exactly what to do to maneuver the space to move things around. I would have them help me again, anytime.
Gerard and Alex were both very kind, helpful, and professional. They were quick and effective in helping me move and were respectful of my belongings and space and offered to take more than I had initially requested. They also gave me recommendations of things to do near where I now live since I am new to the area.

I recently used the services of Lugg to move my furniture, and I must say that it was an excellent experience from start to finish. First, their website is extremely easy to navigate, and booking a move was a breeze. But the real star of the show was Carlos, the mover who helped me with my furniture. He was simply amazing. Carlos arrived on time, and he immediately put me at ease with his friendly and professional demeanor. He was incredibly skilled at maneuvering the furniture through tight spaces, and he did so with care and precision. Overall, my experience with Lugg was fantastic, and I cannot recommend them enough. And, if you're lucky enough to have Carlos as your mover, you're in for a treat.

Andres was great! There was a dispatch/scheduling glitch that appeared to not be his fault, but once he got the dispatch, he was timely and stuff got delivered wonderfully!
Mario and Alexandro were wonderful. They were careful, efficient and very helpful. Would definitely like to work with those two again. The big challenge I faced, not tied to them, was that Lugg dispatched a smaller van than I needed. I booked the biggest move for the XL and the van didn’t fit everything. It was definitely not their biggest van because I’ve used Lugg before and have seen larger ones. I need to follow up given I paid for the biggest one.
Got creative in fitting out stuff in limited truck space and delivered with care and on time would highly recommend and hire them again in future.

Two nice guys, managed to take a heavy motorized love seat into multiple small spaces and down open basement stairs to get into my bedroom and took recliner chair up and placed in master bedroom. I’d hire these two gentlemen again, for sure.
The movers arrived early and did a great job! Fast, thorough, and took care of my items. Even helped get a stubborn bed frame apart! Will absolutely use Lugg again!

Timothy and Reginald were great. Early to arrive, worked together to get my large couch out the door and were able to take my coffee table as well. Efficient in and out at storage unit. All in all a great quick move.
